Why Collaboration is Crucial for Success

Updated: Jul 14, 2020

Being healthy looks different for each of us. Ever wonder what being healthy looks like for you? Take a moment to imagine your life if you made effective lifestyle changes and achieved your health goals. Really take a moment to imagine it. Do you see improvements in your life? Are you able to jump out of bed quicker in the morning? Instead of being uncomfortable from bloating, constipation, heartburn, do you have regular bowel movements and are free from tummy aches? Instead of having heavy eyelids during the afternoon slump, are you upbeat and productive throughout the day? Are you able to think more clearly without nagging joint pain? Maybe your doctor tells you at your next appointment, “Your lab results look amazing!” Maybe you are able to lower a medication dosage or be free from taking medications altogether, with physician-approval. Maybe instead of feeling clouded with confusion, you feel confident and empowered by your lifestyle and food choices.

In what ways would you benefit from making lifestyle changes? Before reading the rest of this post, please take a moment to let me know by emailing Erin@Thriving-Health.com.

Thank you, I look forward to hearing from you!

So we’ve identified ways in which your life would improve with healthy lifestyle changes, but how likely is it that you’ll be able to make and sustain those changes by yourself…

Here’s the reality check…

About 90% of behavior change attempts fail. 90%!

Why is this so common? And how can you be part of the 10%?!

Most of us can identify what we want in terms of health. Maybe it's more energy, more ease moving through daily activities, less or no medications, regular bowel movements, less aches and pains, more vitality. We tell ourselves we want these things, we tell our friends, maybe we even write them down on post-it notes, or say them out loud in a mirror. Wanting results is easy, but how many of us truly decide to take consistent action to achieve them?

The key to success? Working with a professional who will help you not only know what to do, but how to take action, and how to sustain.

Maybe you've tried other nutrition programs, or diets, or products, with lack-luster results. I've heard it all from clients, from juice cleanses to the cabbage soup diet to "that one nutrition class" led by someone who - oops, turns out - is not trained in nutrition. If you are serious about achieving your health goals, it's time to collaborate with a qualified nutrition expert who takes an individualized approach to your care and provides a customized experience, leading to authentic and sustainable results.

After over 400 consultations and incredible transformations, I am confident that we can achieve your personal goals.

As the great Albert Einstein said, “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results."

With that quote in mind, can we get candid for a second? If you could have achieved these goals on your own, wouldn’t you have done it already? Working with an expert fills up those gaps in your road to success!

My professional approach provides you with the accountability, support, and encouragement you need to get results, and I remain accessible to answer all of your individual questions along the way.

Are you ready to finally take action and experience the countless benefits of healthy living? Are you willing to be part of the 10% that achieves their goals?

If so, be brave and try something new! Invest in yourself by giving yourself the gift of thriving health!

If you have any questions on the above information, or to find out if I am currently accepting new clients, please email: Erin@Thriving-Health.com
